How are orders shipped?
All orders are sent through USPS Priority Shipping.
What happens if an order is broken during shipment?
All orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. All orders include $100 insurance from USPS, so we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
